"So if you look at this as a lip treatment and as a way to quickly moisturize your lips- this is your jam. I think this would be a good finisher to a casual day out to a nice natural look for the evening - but it’s not super long- lasting. However, it does moisturize and I noticed my lips did look nicer after I used it. I think I’d use it as a lip treatment more than a makeup. So at least you look good while you’re giving therapy to your lips. I never did see a lip balm have an instruction book! Make sure you screw the lid on tight so it clicks!"
